ERTUCE knows Real Estate from the inside out.

With a degree in Civil Engineering, he brings a comprehensive understanding of how homes are designed, built, and perform over time. With an MBA in Finance, he provides precise analysis of value, risk, and long-term return. As a Long & Foster Associate Licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, he delivers a High-Level Real Estate Experience across the entire DMV.

Before joining Long & Foster, ERTUCE worked as a Project Engineer in Turkiye and later as a Project Manager in Government Affairs in Washington, DC. His combined engineering, financial, and managerial background allows him to evaluate properties accurately, interpret market data, and guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

ERTUCE is known for his direct communication, structured approach, and consistent follow-through. He is committed to clarity, professionalism, and disciplined execution throughout the entire transaction.

Alongside his real estate practice, he maintains an active presence across multiple social media platforms, producing high-quality, informative content that strengthens visibility and engagement for both Buyers and Sellers.
