Ertugrul knows real estate from the inside out. With a degree in Civil Engineering, he understands all aspects of home construction. With an MBA in finance, he understands how to evaluate a home’s investment potential. And as a Long & Foster associate, he knows what it takes to have a successful transaction – whether buying, selling or renting.

Prior to joining Long & Foster, Ertugrul worked as a Project Engineer in his native Turkey and later, after earning his MBA in DC, as a Project Manager in government affairs. Buyers appreciate his keen ability to see potential physical problems that may arise in a property. Sellers value his skill in promoting their properties on social media.

But, Ertugrul understands that real estate is about much more than skill; it’s about bonding with people and helping them reach their goals. Dedicated and hard-working, Ertugrul is committed to providing the highest level of real estate service available in the area.
